Attorney
Steve received his university education at Indiana University, Bloomington and then attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago, graduating in 1975. That same year Steve was admitted into practice in Indiana and is a member in good standing of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association, and the United States Supreme Court Bar. Steve is also a member of the Indiana Creditors Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, National Association of Retail Collections Attorneys and American Collections Association – Member Attorney division.

Julia (“Julie”) Andrews received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis, in 2003, and her bachelors degree in Geography and Classical Studies/Archaeology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 1999. Julie is a certified mediator and admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Ronald B. Brodey was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from North Central High School in 1963. Ron attended Indiana University in Bloomington, graduating in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington in 1970. Upon his graduation from law school, Ron began representing injured individuals practicing at the law firm of Eskanazi, Mitchell & Yosha, where he became a partner. In October 1980, Ron joined Marc A. Bleecker and Stephen K. Andrews to form Stephen K. Andrews, P.C. d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews, where he continued representing individuals who were injured in automobile, motorcycle and trucking accidents.

Mike began his legal career serving as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul H. Buchanan, Jr., Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Indiana for three and one-half years. Mike then became a staff attorney for the Trust Department of Merchants National Bank & Trust Company, now National City Bank. He served in that capacity for seventeen years, first in the Trust Department and later in the bank’s Law Department as a Vice President and Associate Counsel. Prior to joining Stephen K. Andrews, P.C. d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews, he was a staff attorney at the law firm of Crotty & Smyth.

Dennis V. Ferguson received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, Washington, in 1983, after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, in 1980. Additionally, Mr. Ferguson completed the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Basic Course from the University of Virginia in 1985.

John received his law degree in 2002 from the Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis. John attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2000. While attending Wabash, he was president of his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, and a member of both the track and debate teams.

David Durbin obtained his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington. While there, David realized his aspirations to become an attorney while participating in the Washington Leadership Program in Washington D.C. During his internship, David worked at the Investor Responsibility Research Center as an analyst. He graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Management and Public Affairs.

Traci obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1997 and then attended Ohio Northern University - Claude W. Petit College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2001. Traci is admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States DIstrict Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Traci is a member of the Indiana Creditors Bar Association. Traci concentrates on collections for the firm.

Eric graduated from Wabash College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Mississippi School of Law in 2006. Eric is licensed to practice law in Indiana and the District of Columbia. Eric's primary focus is on creditor's rights. Further, Eric is a member of the Indiana, Indianapolis, and Washington D.C. Bar Associations.

Noelle graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2005. Noelle is a member of teh Illinois Creditor's Bar Association and is managing the firm's Chicago office.
Collections Department Manager
Jack currently serves the firm in the capacity of Collections Manager. Jack is a lifelong resident of Indiana, having graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1992. Through his extensive work in consumer and commercial collections, Jack has developed a successful career in the collection industry, including over ten years with Stephen K. Andrews, P.C. d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews. His previous experience includes working and managing both consumer and commercial collection portfolios throughout the Midwest; with a concentration on consumer debt collections. Jack is married and has one daughter. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, and playing softball.
Foreclosure Department Manager
Alyson joined the staff of Stephen K. Andrews, P.C. d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews in July, 2007. Before joining the firm, Alyson was employed at the Marion County Sheriff's Department for 3 years conducting the Foreclosure Sheriff Sales. Her background allows her to bring a unique perspective to the firm from her prior experience. Alyson is an avid Colts fan and enjoys attending sporting events, tailgating and traveling.
Bankruptcy Representative
Lori's area of focus revolves around creditor's rights in bankruptcy. She began her career in 1987 with American General Financial Services, Inc. During her twenty years of employment with AGFS she held positions in lending and insurance sales, concluding in 1993, at which time she had risen to the position of Branch Manager for the Charge-off Collection Office. In 1995 with bankruptcy on the increase, Lori was instrumental in developing the Bankruptcy Manager/Representative position for the company, which she held until 2008. Some of her duties included: attending 341 creditors meetings and re-negotiating the value of the creditor's collateral, extensive review of bankruptcy files, filing Proof of Claims and Reaffirmation Agreements and developing a business relationship with debtor’s attorneys. She continues in this roll for the firm.
